Mental Preparation

Introduction

If you are anxious or worried about your pregnancy or your delivery, then you should know that you are not alone!! Every day, pregnant women share their worries and fears with us! So we know what they are so concerned about! But be assured that it’s totally normal to have those feelings!

What we want to help you with is that your fears and worries do not have a negative impact on your labor and your delivery.

For example: we want to help you avoid that your stress and anxiety prevent a sponaneous start of labor or slow down labor, once your contractions have started.

This is what we do in the mental preparation part of our birth preparation course!

Planning your Birth and How that can help you

What does your “Dream Birth” look like? Who do you want to be there with you? Do you want to have an epidural?

Many women believe that planning their delivery is pointless because it’s about fantasizing about an ideal delivery they are not going to have anyway…

But that’s not the idea of a birth plan!

The idea here is that if you make yourself aware of what you want for your delivery (i.e. a birth plan), it will help you make a plan on how to get there.

For example:

If you know that you are going to have an epidural (which normally means that you have to stay in bed), then you can get familiar with labor positions that you can also adopt when you have to stay in bed, in order to support and speed up your dilation.

If you know that you are not going to have a birth partner, you will have to acquire the skills to support yourself during labor (which we show you in our course).

Etc.

We help you plan your delivery:

Therefore, writing a birth plan is the first step in  your mental preparation for your delivery.

And helping you write a birth plan is what we do in our birth preparation course!

In fact, we have made it really easy for you: simply use our Birth Plan Template and answer the questions that you can find in the template!

And of course, we also show you how to communicate your Birth Plan to your doctor and midwife!

Take care of your Stress Levels

Not all stress hormones are bad (some are even required to bring on contractions). However, if stress takes over, it can interfere with labor hormones.

Not only can stress hormones prevent a spontaneous start of your labor as well as a spontaneous delivery. It can also make your delivery more difficult and more painful.

For example: when you are stressed, you naturally assume a different position and posture. As a result, your baby may find it more difficult to descend in your pelvis.

When this happens, it can quickly become a vicious circle: stress causes pain and pain leads to even more stress which can then cause more pain. And this can ultimately slow down labor.

We help you avoid such problems:

Luckily, this can easily be avoided with some preparation. And we show you how, in our birth preparation course:

We show you how to calm your mind already during the weeks before labor starts.

In order to do that, we use various tools and techniques and – if you want to take it to the next level – we also show you how  hypnobirthing works.

Most importantly though, we also show you how you can always go back to that relaxed state during your labor to make your labor more efficient, faster and less painful.

Calm your Mind with the Power of Alternative Medicine

Dealing with anxiety and stress can be a difficult task for some women, depending on their personality, past experiences etc.

If that’s you, then we have some good news for you: there are plenty of Alternative Medicine Tools that can support your mental preparation for labor.

For example, there are herbs which have an influence on the part of your brain which is responsible for fear response.

There are also acupressure points which can help you calm your mind. And much more…

Because of that, we teach you 5 different Alternative Medicine Treatments for mental preparation and we show you how you and/or your birth partner can apply them:

– Acupressure
– Quasi Acupuncture*
– Aromatherapy
– Auriculotherapy
– Reflexology

Of course, you don’t need to apply all of them! Simply find the tool which you are most comfortable with!

*A form or acupuncture which does not make use of those long acupuncture needles.

Your Fears and Worries and how to deal with them

Our mind has a huge impact on our body. As a result, going into labor with fears and worries can have a huge impact on the delivery of the baby.

For example, fears can slow down labor or prevent a spontaneous start of labor in the first place.

Of course, it is only natural to have fears and worries. Every pregnant woman is worried to some degree about her delivery. And that’s okay!

What we do want to avoid though is that those fears and worries have a negative impact on your labor.

Because of that, we help you keep them in check!

In fact, in our birth preparation course, we help you analyze your fears and worries and put them into perspective.

We even provide you with tools used in professional therapy to cope with your fears and worries and to prevent them from having a negative impact on your delivery.

And of course, we also show you how to use our Alternative Medicine Treatments to be able to better cope with fears and worries.

And much more…

Physical Preparation

Introduction

If you roll your eyes when you hear “physical preparation”, then we can only say: “We feel you!” 😉

Most women are just tired and exhausted from their pregnancy. Every day already feels like exercising.

We are not gonna lie to you! Yes, our birth preparation course includes lots of exercises because exercising can make your life much easier when you deliver.

However, physical preparation does not only mean exercising.

By phyiscal preparation, we also mean preparing your perineum to avoid tearing. It means preparing your cervix to increase your chances of a spontaneous delivery. And it also means helping your baby find a better position so that you can have a smoother delivery.

This is what we teach you in the phyiscal preparation part of our birth preparation course.

3x4 Exercises that will pay off during your Delivery

Would you run a marathon without preparing your body for it?

Obviously, you wouldn’t!

You would stretch your ligaments to get more flexibility into your body. You would strengthen the very muscles in your body that you are going to need when you run. Etc.

A delivery is not any different.

The more flexibility there is in your body and the more strength you have, the smoother, faster and less painful your delivery is going to be.

On top of that, the right exercises will also support the cervical changes at the end of your pregnancy which will help you dilate faster and increase your chances of a spontaneous labor.

We show you how it’s done:

In our birth preparation course, we show you 12 simple exercises to bring more flexibility and strength into your core, hips, groins, thighs, back and pelvis.

They can also help you prepare your cervix during the final weeks of your pregnancy.

And don’t worry! They don’t require a lot of time! If you do the exercises that we show you 15 minutes a day 3 times a week, then you are already doing a great job preparing your body for labor!

Baby's Position and it's Impact on Labor

Preparing your body for a smoother and faster delivery is one thing.

Even more important is bringing baby into a better position for labor.

This does not only mean head down and engaged. Ideally, your baby also faces your back instead of your front because in that position, baby can move through your pelvis much more efficiently.

In fact, if baby is facing your front when labor starts, then labor often goes very slowly and it is also more likely to be more painful.

Help your baby move into a better position:

In our birth preparation course, we teach you many different ways to bring baby into a better position!

This includes techniques as well as positions that you can adopt during the final weeks of your pregnancy which help your baby to better align with your pelvis.

Bringing baby into the best position helps you have a smoother and faster delivery!

The crucial Role of your Cervix

There is one main factor which has a considerable influence on your labor. And that’s your cervix.

Your cervix is the key to a spontaneous labor, to a faster dilation, to avoid a medical induction and much more.

Because of that, it is crucial to support the body with the changes that your cervix undergoes at the end of your pregnancy. This is what we do in Part 1 of our Cervical Preparation Program (CPP)

Cervical Preparation Program Part 1:

In the first part of our CPP in our birth preparation course, we help the body soften the cervix to get faster to a point where the dilation process can start. We also support a spontaneous start of labor in order to avoid a medical induction whenever possible.

In order to do that, we first need to provide the body with certain nutrients because they are the basis for the body to produce and utilize (more) labor hormones.

Then we apply one or several natural tools to support the ripening process.

Among others, we show you how to apply acupressure and reflexology to prepare the cervix for labor.

But we also show you which exercises can support the cervical changes in the body.

Allow yourself to go into labor with the confidence that you have done everything in your power to have a positive birth experience!

Contractions are the Key - so bring them on!

Most women panic when they are 39 or even 40 weeks pregnant but are not yet dilated. However, that’s not necessarily a problem because the biggest part of your cervical dilation happens only once contractions have started.

So, contractions are the other main factor which influences your delivery.

In fact, contractions are not only required to dilate, they also help your baby descend in your pelvis.

Cervical Preparation Program Part 2:

So, in the next step (Part 2 of the Cervical Preparation Program in our Birth Preparation Course), we help the body bring on contractions naturally, just in case you don’t go into labor spontaneously.

We show you several natural tools that could help you bring on contractions. We show you their benefits, what risks are involved for you and your baby and how fast you can expect them to work.

And much more…

Helping you avoid Tearing

The part of your body which is going to experience the most strain is your perineum. This is the area between the anus and vagina and it often tears during a delivery when the baby’s head exits the birth canal.

As a result, it is only understandable that so many women are afraid of tearing.

However, there are very powerful tools that can help you prepare your perineum to reduce the risk of tearing. The only problem is that most women either apply the wrong tools. Or they apply the right tools the wrong way.

In our Perineal Preparation Program of our birth preparation course, we show you how to successfully prepare your perineum for your delivery in order to reduce the risk of tearing.

In fact, we show you the only tools that are really effective according to scientific studies, so that you can focus on those while leaving away all the useless tools which will not work.

Part 2 Curriculum

👇 WHAT TO EXPECT FROM PART 2 👇

Introduction

“What’s happening in my body? How will I know that I am in labor? What if the epidural does not work? What if my labor suddenly slows down? What if I cannot cope with the pain?”

These are the kind of questions that we receive every single day from pregnant women just like yourself (and not just from first-time moms by the way)…

These questions worry them.

But, it’s so easy to calm their mind. Because there are only two things they need for that:

First, they have to understand what to expect during labor. And second, they need to be aware of the available options they have in each situation.

And this is the kind of information that you receive in part 2 of our birth preparation course.

The Challenge of the final Weeks of your Pregnancy

The final weeks of your pregnancy can be challenging and exhaustive.

Your belly feels like a rock, your feet are swollen, your sleep sucks and there is not much left of your patience…

Don’t worry! Every pregnant woman feels the same way!

The good news is that – during those final weeks of your pregnancy – your body already prepares for the big day. Even though you might not be able to see those changes from the outside.

For example: some women will not dilate before labor starts. That’s okay!

Understand what’s happening in your body:

We show you exactly what happens inside your body so that you can understand how you can support those changes (and speed up things).

For example, we teach you which cervical changes your body goes through and why your baby can help you speed up things.

Moreover, we teach you the difference between false and true labor contractions.

We show you how to distinguish between Braxton Hicks contractions, prelabor contractions, true labor contractions and drop contractions. And we help you understand how these contractions affect your body.

The Stages of Labor and why it helps to know them

Labor can be divided into different stages. And each stage differs from other stages.

Progressing through your dilation:

We help you understand when exactly you are in early labor, active labor and transitional labor and what happens when you are fully dilated!

We also explain exactly what happens in each stage of labor!

For example: We teach you how your contractions and mood are going to change in the 3 different stages of your dilation and how your birth partner can support you during each stage!

Understand what happens once you are dilated:

Understand what happens during the pushing phase and understand why your pelvic floor plays a vital role in the pushing phase!

Understand what happens when you deliver your placenta, when the best time to cut the cord is and what the difference is between physiological and active management of your placenta’s delivery.

And much more…

Your baby's Descent in your Pelvis and Birth Canal

Here is the thing: your baby is not going to move from top to bottom in one and the same position. Baby’s “way out” is quite challenging.

Understanding the hurdles that your baby has to overcome in your pelvis, as baby moves from your uterus to your vagina, is the key to supporting baby’s descent.

For example: when baby enters your pelvis, you can support your baby with different labor positions than when baby exits the pelvis.

Understand the 7 cardinal movements that a baby has to go through in order to successfully descend in the pelvis!

Learn what happens inside the uterus and birth canal as baby moves through the pelvis and which role your pelvic floor plays during the pushing phase!

And much more…

How to support your Baby with Labor Positions

Now that you know how a baby moves through your pelvis and birth canal, we can talk about labor positions to support that process.

Get to know all the different labor positions! Understand why some are superior to others depending on the situation and how you can use labor positions to help your baby into a better position for labor!

But there is more:

We also teach you everything there is to know about how to make your life easier during labor with the right labor and birth positions.

Learn everything about the right posture during labor, in order to make it easier for your baby to move through the birth canal!

Understand how you can use labor positions and the right posture to speed up labor!

And much more…

Why Breathing is not Panting...

Many birth courses teach you breathing techniques which resemble panting-like breathing techniques to cope with strong contractions.

While this can make sense for a short period of time during your labor (i.e. to find back to more effective breathing techniques), it is not the best thing to do during labor because of several reasons:

– you can easily hyperventilate
– your baby receives less oxygen
– you will not be able to relax
– your body will produce less endorphins – so you will experience more pain

Advanced Breathing Techniques:

We teach you breathing techniques that can increase the oxygen supply to your baby during labor and that will help you relax and reduce labor pain.

We also show you variations of our breathing techniques which involve breathing into specific parts of your body. They will help you reduce labor pain depending on the location of that pain (and to help your baby descend in your pelvis).

On top of that, we also show you how your birth partner can help you breathe the right way and stay relaxed!

Moreover, we teach you breathing techniques which help you find your way back to rhythmic breathing in case you lose control over your breathing!

Plus, we also show you strategies that you can apply in case you do hyperventilate so that you quickly find your way back to more relaxed breathing.

And much more…

Comfort Measures and how to make it through Labor

Labor is nothing to be afraid of!

Yes, there will be pain. However, there is a difference between feeling pain and suffering.

Luckily, it is possible to considerably reduce pain and discomfort you feel during your labor, with the right techniques.

We show you 10 different comfort measures (and variations of those measures), to help you make it through labor.

Even better: we also show you what your birth partner can do to help you make it through labor.

And much more…

What to eat and drink during Labor

Many hospitals still follow “no-food policies” during labor which are based on outdated studies and which were mostly introduced in the nineties.

The problem is: your body requires energy during your labor. And newer studies also show that eating and drinking helps prevent labor from slowing down.

But of course, there is a difference between eating a family-size pizza and an energy bar. 😉

We show you exactly how many calories you need during your labor, which nutrients you need and examples of foods and drinks you can have during your labor.

Slow/No Progress in the Dilation Phase - what to do

Labor does not always progress as expected. Sometimes, it seems to take ages to dilate from one to the next centimeter.

When that’s the case, there are normally very good reasons why labor does not progress (or only progresses very slowly).

However, it’s not always that obvious what the problem is.

Because of that, we give you a checklist that you can go through, in order to help you

1) identify the problem
2) do someething against it.

The most common problem is a malposition of the baby (f.e. when baby is facing your front instead of your back). When that’s the case, there are labor positions that you can try and other things to help baby into a better position.

In our birth preparation course, we show you exactly which labor positions you can try and which techniques to apply to speed things up!

By the way: a lack of labor progress can be an issue in both, early and acive labor. We look at both phases separately and tell you what you can do.

It only takes a few Pushes: helping you deliver that Baby

Here is the good news: once you are 10cm dilated, the worst of your labor is over.

Pushing that baby out can go pretty fast, particularly, if baby is in a good position and if you apply the right pushing technique.

Unfortunately, most childbirth classes still teach the traditional way of pushing which involves straining and grunting.

However, there is a much more effective technique. One that helps you push your baby out with more power and which does not exhaust you as much.

Pushing 2.0:

We teach you a pushing technique which is superior to other techniques and we also show you how to apply it.

We also explain in detail what happens during the pushing phase. This is important because the things that happen during the pushing phase are often the reason for confusions.

For example: contractions often take a break once the pushing phase starts. This is a normal process and has to do with the fact that your baby now leaves the uterus.

Unfortunately though, it is often confused with a slowing of labor which is why they often administer synthetic hormones to speed up the process.

So, knowing that the pushing phase can start with a break can help you avoid unnecessary medical interventions.

Of course, we also teach you what you can do if labor DOES slow down.

We teach you when the optimal time to push is and we also show you lots of different pushing positions to help you deliver your baby – no matter if you have an epidural or not.

Helping you with the Pain: natural and medical Pain Relief

Most women are going to have an epidural.

However, first of all, epidurals are not always effective.

And second, there are also lots of other forms of pain relief that a woman may want to try first, both medical and natural ones.

Helping you manage labor pain:

In our birth preparation course, we teach you which forms of medical pain relief exist and what their risks and benefits are.

We also explain why medical pain relief such as an epidural often lead to even more medical interventions.

Most importantly though, we teach you how to apply lots of natural ways of pain relief, such as

– Acupressure
– Aromatherapy
– Quasi-Acupuncture
– Auriculotherapy
– Hydrotherapy
– Massage Therapy
– Reflexology

And much more…

When your Baby needs help: instrumental Deliveries

Most deliveries do not require any instruments to deliver the baby. However, sometimes, there are exceptions.

For example: it could be that baby is not in a good position to move through the birth canal.

When that’s the case and a natural delivery is not possible, then instruments may be required to deliver the baby.

With instruments, we either mean ventouse or forceps. Both tools are used to help your baby move through the birth canal.

It’s not what we want for your delivery. But we want you to know what to expect just in case you do need an instrumental delivery.

No Progress in the Pushing Phase? Try these strategies!

Similar to the dilation phase, the pushing phase does not always progress as expected.

When that’s the case, there are normally very good reasons why labor does not progress (or why it only progresses very slowly).

However, it’s not always that obvious what the problem is.

Because of that, we give you a checklist that you can go through, in order to help you

1) identify the problem
2) do someething against it.

How can you deal with such situations?

Similar to a prolonged dilation phase, the most common problem of a prolonged pushing phase is a malposition of the baby (f.e. when baby is facing your front instead of your back). When that’s the case, there are labor positions that you can try and other things to help baby into a better position.

In our birth preparation course, we show you exactly which labor positions you can try and which techniques to apply to speed things up!

Part 2 Bonuses

The biggest fear of women is that labor could slow down or does not progress at all (no one wants to be in labor for 24+ hours). Because of that, our birth preparation course does not only include videos in which we explain what to do when it happens. We also created a PDF guide as a bonus which involves clear and simple instructions on what you can try if your labor is prolonged.

👇👇👇

There can be many reasons why labor slows down or does not progress in the first place.

In order to make it easy for you to deal with the situation, we created a PDF guide that explains exactly what to do in each situation!

Topics covered:

In Module 1, we cover strategies that you can apply if your pre-or early labor does not progress or is going very slowly.

We show you which signs to look out for and what to do based on what you observe.

Topics covered:

In Module 2, we show you what to do if your active labor does not progress or is going slowly.

Simply print the guide and put it into your hospital bag!

Topics covered:

In Module 3, we show you strategies that you can try if the pushing phase is not going as expected! In other words, your baby does not descend in the birth canal.

Our guide contains lots of visuals so that you instantly know what to do!

Part 3 Curriculum

👇 WHAT TO EXPECT FROM PART 3 👇

Introduction

Once you have gone through the first 2 parts of our birth preparation course, you are probably gonna ask yourself: So, how does hydrotherapy work again? Which acupressure point was that again? How does nipple stimulation work again?

This is why we created part 3 of our birth preparation course!

It teaches you all the practical stuff that we mentioned in the first two parts of our birth preparation course!

And we did that so that it’s easier for you to access information in videos that you might wanna watch more than just once.

So, whenever we talk about anything practical to apply in the first 2 parts of our course (like exercises, nipple stimulation, acupressure, labor positions etc.), simply come over to part 3 where we show you what to do / how to apply them.

3x4 + 30 Matrix of Exercises
In this part of our course, we teach you all the exercises that we have explained in the first part of our course. Learn which exercises to apply in order for you to have an easier and faster labor and birth! Learn how to bring more flexibility into key parts of your body, such as your hips, thighs, pelvis, groins, glutes and much more! Learn how to strengthen key parts of your body, such as your core, your pelvic floor, your glutes, your abdomen and much more! Learn which exercises can help prepare your body for labor and to help your baby into a better position before labor!
Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy can be used to help the body deal with stress and anxiety. Studies also found that it can help reduce labor pain.

We show you how to apply aromatherapy, not only during labor, but also in preparation for labor.

And of course, we also show you which herbs you can use to lower your stress levels and to deal with your anxiety.

Auriculotherapy

Auriculotherapy is similar to acupressure. However, in that case, the acupressure points are all located on the ears, rather than all over the body.

Similar to acupressure, we can use auriculotherapy

– for relaxation
– to deal with anxiety and stress
– to prepare the cervix and body for labor
– to support natural labor induction
– to relief labor pain
– and to speed up labor

The advantage over acupressure is that you simply need to stick so-called “ear seeds” (they cost under 10 USD and include 600 pieces) to the acupressure points. And then you can just leave them there to have a permanent stimulation of the acupressure points.

Teaching you Auriculotherapy:

In part 3, we show you what exactly auriculotherapy is and how to apply it!

Simply look up the treatment protocol depending on your needs and watch the videos which show you how to find and attach ear seeds to the acupressure points.

Acupressure

In the first two parts of our course, we have introduced acupressure as a natural means

– for relaxation
– to deal with anxiety and stress
– to prepare the cervix and body for labor
– to support natural labor induction
– to relief labor pain
– and to speed up labor

In part 3, we show you what acupressure is exactly and how to apply it!

Similar to auriculotherapy, all you need to do is look up the treatment protocol depending on your needs and watch the videos which show you how to find and stimulate the acupressure points.

For example: Do you want to use acupressure to relax? Simply look up the points that you need for relaxation in the table! And then locate and stimulate them with the help of our follow-along videos!

Hydrotherapy - how Water can help you during Labor

Hydrotherapy means the application of water, such as taking a shower or a bath.

Both cannot only help with labor pain. Studies found that they can also help speed up labor.

But: there is one problem: you have to know exactly how to apply these tools because if you do it the wrong way, it can also have the opposite effect!

Of course, we show you exactly how to apply hydrotherapy so that you can enjoy all its benefits!

Labor Positions

We talk extensively about labor positions in the second part of our course.

But what if you need to quickly look up a certain labor position?

Or maybe you just need some inspiration for your labor?

Simply come here where we show you which labor positions you can try!

Massage Therapy

A massage treatment can help with labor pain and to deal with stress.

However, a massage treatment is not the same as a massage treatment, particularly when you are in labor.

When you are in labor, a massage treatment should focus on your sacrum where most women love to feel pressure and touch and where lots of useful acupressure points are located.

We show you different kinds of massage techniques to help you deal with stress and anxiety and to help you with the pain during labor.

How to bring on Contractions

Remember the tools that we mentioned in part 1 of our course to help you naturally induce labor (as part of our Cervical Preparation Program)?

In part 3 of our birth preparation course, we show you exactly how to apply them!

Quasi Acupuncture

You probably know what acupuncture is!

Quasi acupuncture is quite similar. However, in quasi acupuncture, we do not use those long acupuncture needles.

Instead, we use teeny-tiny needles which are attached to little plasters and stick them on acupressure points.

The advantage here is that these plasters send out a constant stimulation of the acupressure points.

Quasi acupuncture can be used

– for relaxation
– to deal with anxiety and stress
– to prepare the cervix and body for labor
– to support natural labor induction
– to relief labor pain
– and to speed up labor

In part 3, we show you what quasi-acupuncture is exactly and how to apply it!

Simply look up the treatment protocol depending on your needs and watch the videos which show you how to find and stimulate the acupuncture points.

Reflexology

In the first two parts of our course, we have introduced reflexology as a natural means

– for relaxation
– to deal with anxiety and stress
– to prepare the cervix and body for labor
– to support natural labor induction
– to relief labor pain
– and to speed up labor

In part 3, we show you what reflexology is exactly and how to apply it!

Simply look up the protocol depending on your needs and watch the videos which show you how to find and stimulate the reflexology points.

For example: Do you want to use reflexology to speed up labor? Simply look up the points that you need for that in the table! And then find and stimulate them!

Techniques to facilitate your Baby's descent

Sometimes, your baby is not in an optimal position for labor. When that’s the case, there are ways to support your baby.

For example: you can help baby turn into a better position. Or you can help baby descend more easily.

We show you such techniques and how to apply them.

For example: we show you how the “Abdominal Lift” works in order to help your baby into a better position. We also show you how your birth partner can help you with the abdominal lift with the help of a shawl.

Timing Contractions

There are lots of apps out there to help you time contractions. But are they really any good?

We tell you why you need to be careful with those apps and we also show you a better way to time your contractions.

We also give you a template so that you can start timing your contractions straight away!

Protecting your Perineum

In part 1 of our course, we talk about tearing and how to protect your perineum from tearing.

In part 3 of our birth preparation course, we teach you exactly how to do that.

We only focus on four tools – because they are the only ones that can really reduce the risk of tearing – according to scientists.

We show you what these 4 tools are and how to apply them!

Part 3 Bonuses

Perineal Stretching is a new way of preparing the perineum for labor.

While scientific studies are still indifferent if it really works, we cannot deny that, by now, we know lots of women who tried it – with sucess.

This is why we included this topic as a Bonus in our Course!

Topics covered:

In Module 1, we teach you what to look out for when buying such tools and why it is not suitable for every woman.

We also talk about contraindications and which products to buy if you want to give it a try.

Topics covered:

In Module 2, we teach you exactly how to (SAFELY!) apply perinal stretch devices.

TENS machines can help increase the level of endorphins in your body. And endorphins are natural pain killers of the body which help you cope with the labor pain.

Reason enough for us to include this topic as a Bonus in our Course!

Topics covered:

In Module 1, we explain why TENS machines are not suitable for every woman and why not every TENS machine is suitable for pregnant women.

We also explain why you might not even need to buy one, in order to use one!

Topics covered:

In Module 2, we show you in detail how to apply a TENS machine:

  • How to assemble the device.
  • How to attach the pads.
  • How to operate the device.

“I thought after 4 deliveries, I am able to deal with most challenges during a delivery. Turns out, I wasn’t. During my last delivery, so many things went wrong. And it was only thanks to this course that I was able to have a natural delivery. I am sure, I would have had an emergency C-section otherwise…!”

MOM OF 5

“This course was a gift from my mum who knows Nathalie personally. I thought that I was well prepared because I attended a local antenatal preparation class. So, I was reluctant to even look at it. I am so happy I did though. Most of the stuff they teach in their course is stuff you will not learn in other birth preparation classes.”

“This is really stuff that they don’t teach you anywhere else! It’s a shame because every woman should know these things. For example: why does no one else teach you “vocal pushing”??? It makes your life so much easier!”

Frequently Asked Questions

I don't live in the UK/US! Is this course suitable for me?
Yes, absolutely! In fact, it does not matter at all where you live! All you need is an internet connection! After you have placed your order, you get immediate access to all videos, PDFs and other materials. And you can watch them from whereever you want!
How long will I get access to the course?

You will get lifetime access! So, if you get pregnant another 5 times, you can access our course and watch the videos another 5 times (and even more often if you like)! 😉

I am going to have an epidural! Is this course suitable for me?
Absolutely! The things that we teach in this course (including all treatments, tools and strategies during labor) can also be applied if you have an epidural. An exception are labor positions because when you have an epidural, you will normally be confined to bed. In that case, there are certain labor positions that you cannot adopt. However, we also teach you labor positions that you CAN adopt when you are confined to bed.
Will I have to pay for anything else after purchasing the course?

The answer is “no” unless you want to apply certain tools that we mention in our course.

For example:

If you want to apply auriculotherapy, you are going to need “ear seeds” (they are under 10 USD for 600 pieces).

If you want to apply aromatherapy, you are going to need some essential oil and a diffusor or a bottle of aroma oil.

However, none of these things are mandatory to make your delivery a positive experience. We also explain several treatments which do not require any tools that you would have to purchase.

The only thing we do recommend is investing in a birth ball! 😉

What if I am not happy with this course?

Don’t worry! We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee! If you are not happy with our course, let us know within 14 days after your purchase! And we will refund you the money!

“I found them on youtube because my niece (4 months old back then) suffered from severe constipation. We tried the reflexoloty treatment of one of their videos and within not even 5 minutes, the problem was solved (!).

Now that I am pregnant, it was no question that I would sign up for their birth preparation class. What can I say? I have not regretted it at all!!”
